Visit scope-scan.ai to create an account. Once you have an account, download the Scope-Scan.AI Capture app from the App Store and sign in with the same email and password.
What do I need to use the app?
What's the difference between Geo Scan and Scope Scan?
Geo Scan is included with all accounts and captures GPS-tagged 360° panoramas of your property. Scope Scan is available on Professional plans and uses AI to generate detailed scope-of-work reports from your captured panoramas.
How do I upgrade to a Professional plan?
Sign in to your account at scope-scan.ai to manage your subscription and upgrade to a Professional plan.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@scope-scan.ai from the address associated with your account and we will process your request within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
How do I request my data be removed from AI training?
Email support@scope-scan.ai and we will remove your data from active training datasets. Please see our Privacy Policy Section 3 for details on how training data works.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues, please include "URGENT" in the subject line.
